Home2Home Rehoming.

Our Home2Home rehoming service has been developed to help responsible owners who have cared for their cats but can no longer do so for whatever reason. Owned cats must be up to date with flea and worm treatments and vaccinations and be neutered to become part of our Home2Home program.

This page is also designed to help those who have rescued cats or kittens and need help in finding homes for them.  We will help to get them vaccinated and neutered and a rehoming donation applies.

The adopter will be directed to the animal they are looking for.

A rehoming donation will be payable by the new owner to Heronbank.

We may not be able to approve all the animals submitted to us but we will do our best to help.

Please submit the form below for our review panel.

Please note: one picture per animal / litter may be submitted
