This little supermodel, Gracie, went off to her new forever home yesterday with Heather Pickup. Gracie has finished her mummy duties and all of her kittens have been adopted. Gracie is now settling in to her new home. We wish her the best of luck. Thank you to Samantha Foster and Tracey Pearson for fostering Gracie along her journey. Congratulations Gracie!! 🥰❤️
