At Heronbank there are no paid employees. We rely solely on fosterers, volunteers and donations from our amazing supporters. Because of this, fundraising is one of the most important aspects of our work. We carry out regular fundraising activities via our “Friends of Heronbank”, “Auction” and “Clothing auction” Facebook pages.  We also have an amazon wish list and we accept donations in person to our unit in Huddersfield or to some of our volunteers.  If you wish to donate money you can do so via PayPal, cheque or cash.  Links to each of the above can be found on this page.  Thank you so much for your support.

Most of our supporter choose to donate via paypal.  General donations and donations to our Special Needs Cats and Kittens are accepted through PayPal using the “friends and family” option to info@heronbankrescue.co.uk or follow the link: 


If you prefer to donate in person you can take it to our unit or drop it off with a volunteer.  Email us for details of your nearest volunteer that accepts donations or take it to our unit at the following address:

FUNDRAISING

As well as the auctions and fundraisers we also attend Car Boot Sales, Table Top Sales, and Christmas Fayres with the ever popular Tombola to raise much needed funds.

We have an exciting new fundraising partnership with Pets at Home in Brighouse. We will be there on a regular basis with lots of fun activities to raise funds such as tombolas, raffles, children’s games, cake sales, hot chocolate, crafted gifts and cat toys. It would be lovely to see you there. Dates will be posted on our Friends of Heronbank Facebook page which is also where live videos will be posted of raffles being drawn.

At Heronbank EVERY penny counts and we really do appreciate all donations.
