History: I came into rescue after being surrendered. Since arriving in foster care, I’ve quickly become a favourite thanks to my affectionate nature, playful personality and incredible purr.
Needs: Lots of toys to keep me entertained, plenty of opportunities for playtime, and a family who enjoys cuddles as much as I do . I would love a home with a young resident cat/kitten companion and people who are happy to share their lap with me.
Character: Oscar is a gorgeous little mini panther who is the absolute definition of a perfect companion. With his sleek black coat and laid-back nature, he is more than ready to leave his favourite sofa cushion behind and move straight into someone’s heart.
This handsome boy is incredibly affectionate and has several favourite ways of showing it. The moment you sit down, Oscar is likely to appear and claim your knee as his own personal throne. He absolutely loves human company and thrives on attention, cuddles and being close to his people.
Oscar’s purr motor is legendary. You barely have to start stroking him before he begins producing a loud, rumbling purr that lets everyone know just how happy he is. In fact, his special skill might just be having a purr that can be heard from across the room!
When he’s not busy being a professional lap cat, Oscar loves to play. Whether he’s chasing a jingle ball, pouncing on a toy mouse, batting at a feather wand or investigating a crinkle toy, he throws himself into every game with enthusiasm. He balances his playful energy perfectly with long cuddle sessions and cosy naps wrapped up in a soft blanket.
Oscar is an extremely affectionate, playful, gentle and social kitten who would make a wonderful addition to a loving family.
