Gender: Female

DOB: Approx September 2025

My Story:

I was trapped whilst living outside and brought into rescue.

My Personality:

Qayla loves being around people and isn’t a fan of being on her own. She’s spirited, sprightly and a real unique character. Full of energy, she’s a great companion and will follow you around wherever you go, even trying to trip you up if you’re not giving her enough attention!

She is the boss of the house.

She will curl up with you for a sleep, but with one eye open in case you move. If you are patient and can work with her, she will reward you by being a fun and loyal companion. Life will certainly not be boring with Qayla.

When she first arrived, she was terrified of humans, but she has made fantastic progress in foster and this will continue in the right forever home.

She can be timid with new people and will need time to learn to trust. She would suit a home where someone is around most of the time, as she prefers company to being alone.

Qayla is still a work in progress, and her new owner must be prepared to continue working with her.

She is not keen on being picked up, although she is beginning to tolerate it with patience. She can also be a little temperamental. She knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to let you know if she doesn’t like something. Her manners have improved greatly, but she may still nip when overexcited

What I Need:

Qayla needs a loving and patient owner who will give her time and encouragement to continue building her confidence.

Can I live with…

• Other cats? No, she’s the boss

• Dogs? No, she’s the boss

• Children? 16+

• Indoor/outdoor home? Once fully confident (which may take time), she would benefit from access to outdoors
